Hello hello !! ;)

Yes, this is me writing ;) I'm still alive :) I'm studying at IFA (first year MA of course). There many of us (KJO students). I have something to show you. As some of you know I suffer from a troublesome disease called in Polish Wrodzona Łamliwość Kości (genetically transmitted). My brother has more problems than me. He uses wheelchair or goes on crutches, but he tries to live with it and finds his own passions and hobbies. For a couple of months he has been training rugby on wheelchair. It is not popular but anybody who saw it once is amazed and shocked. What's more he/she wants to watch it more and more. This is the special wheelchair they use:

The most shocking is the high speed used in the play and the force they use, because often there are situations when they hit each other with their wheelchairs....sometimes they fall out of them and a group of people runs to help them sit again ... my God, you should have seen it, it looks really aggressive ... but still, it's quite safe. There are other photos and my hero - the only girl! (from Poznań team!). All the photos were taken in Poznań during some championship (October 19).

First words I could think of after experiencing it: joy of life and strength! Think about it!

THE END !!! ;-)

CONGRATULATIONS!!!
We did it guys! We actually did it!
I never thought this day will finally come!
I graduated! Man... This is totally unbelievable!...:)
yeah!!!!!!!!!! :)

It was really hard to endure the stress and cramming, and waiting for your turn before the exam...(4 hours!!). However, I'm not going to comment on the whole idea of the exam, instead, I'd like to share my joy and relief ;) with you. Because we managed to do it! and it's the most important! What's more, I want to inform you that you are all welcome to visit me and Marcin at our place in Poznań, so that we could stay in touch and see each other from time to time, as not all of us are going to study at IFA. It was fun to study with you! Hope to see you soon! Good luck!

Ain't it swell ?!? ... :-(

Well, ...............here I am, with my left leg set in a plaster. Thank God it's not broken, it's sprained, but still...:( If somebody told me I was going to be in a situation like that a month before, I wouldn't believe it. Then, when it happened, first day I was lying in my bed I was like "you've got to be kidding me!!".... Now?? when I have so many things on my head....

Now, when I have to fulfil so many committments....
Now, when I have to hurry up because of my B.A. and exams....
Well, you know what they say, 'sh** happens...,' :/.....but why now?!?!?......... this is not the right moment for situations like that, damn it!!

All I need to do now is to be strong and work hard...:(
That's all I have, plus I have Marcin! :)
Thank You sweety!!!! :*
P.S. Special thanks for my girls : Mary and Agnieszka!! :*

Przemuś :-)

Ladies and gentlemen, this is Przemuś, my boyfriend's nephew and mine too :) (in a sense:D)

And this is Emilka and her boyfriend's nose ;)
You can see her pregnant in one of the pictures on my website.

"BLOODY MEN" by Wendy Cope

Bloody men are like bloody buses -
You wait for about a year
And as soon as one approaches your stop
Two or three others appear.

You look at them flashing their indictators,
Offering you a ride.
You're trying to read the destinations,
You haven't much time to decide.

If you make a mistake, there is no turning back.
Jump off , and you'll stand there and gaze
While the cars and the taxis and lorries go by
And the minutes, the hours, the days.

Memories

Inspired by a friend of mine ;)... I would like to encourage you to write about some of your funny memories, for example, from secondary school.
I remember one situation from my high school particularly. It was a geography class and everybody was sleeping 'cause the lesson was so damn boring... Suddenly a terrible noise woke up all of us and it turned out that our teacher who was quite a plump woman sat on a broken desk while lecturing and unfortunately the desk folded:/....just imagine how shocking was the noise:)...and her comment was "it's good to have something more here and there:D....

KJO

My road to KJO was quite bumpy. After my secondary school I was studying at Russian-English studies for a year. Then, because of health problems I had problems with passing exams and as a result I had to change school. Next, I graduated from a year-long school of English, passed Certificate in Advanced English and entered English studies (or English philology - as you like). Unfortunately, I lacked self-confidence and knowledge necessary to survive there (not to mention mental health:/...) and now I'm here :D I think it was a good choice to enter KJO because I like teaching and I feel called to do it:)
Besides, I have great friends there:) Thank you all!!!

Prison break - my new discovery (thank you Agnieszka!)

There is still hope ;-)

~~~~~~~~
If you lose hope and you are not in the mood for doing anything, you forgot how it feels to be enthusiastic and cheerful, you HAVE TO watch "South Park" !!!
